how we work

Initial Steps

Although every project needs planning, event web projects have  two particularities. First of all an event has special lifespan meaning that it goes from an announcement page to a full functionality website during the course of a few months, even a year. Second, events can happen on a regular basis so the cyclic lifespan above can go on an on for years.

Feedback & Communication

Working with companies  overseas can be challenging yet with today tools and methodologies we managed to take communication to a new level. We have a set of procedures that can be adjusted to any client preference.

Control & QA

Ensuring quality is normal these days, at least in theory. Still, quality means more than producing against specs. It means predicting where issues might come up. It means preparing for scenarios that seem impossible. It means taking all measures needed to have a smooth experience throughout the event.

We build wireframes and layouts, we develop the web components that we integrate with the backend, we do the groundwork for external APIs integration and make sure we have a solid base for further updates.
This is where the product is actually made, the production process where we run with the latest technologies, the place where engineering is creatively unleashed.

Events have special deployment needs. Phasing the features and content is not an option but rather a must. Here is how we achieve successful results through carefully thought deployments.

Debrief & future plans

Finishing a project is both a moment of joy and analysis. What went great, what went reasonable, what can be improved? We take the post-event debrief seriously and we deliver both reports on how things worked and also plans on how things will work in the future.
